Orbiss Inc. invites an Associate Accountant to join our advisory and tax firm dedicated to helping international clients scale in the United States.

You will perform daily accounting tasks, enter AP/AR invoices, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close. The role requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, at least 2 years in an international firm, strong Excel skills, French proficiency, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in an international accounting firm.
• Expertise in Excel with advanced data-analysis functions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate proactively.
• Demonstrated autonomy and strong teamwork.
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in French.

Responsibilities

• Daily accounting tasks and data entry.
• Enter AP and AR invoices.
• AP/AR reconciliation.
• Maintain accounting software integrations.
• Post vendor payments and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing.
• Maintain client databases and vendor files.
• Analyze differences and provide recommendations.
• Post and reconcile reimbursements.
• Prepare and analyze reports.
