Xometry is expanding its Customer-focused Client Services team to serve upper‑tier industrial clients. As an Associate Account Manager, you will collaborate with your clients to understand their business objectives and design digital strategies to drive measurable outcomes.

You will plan goals, document feedback for cross‑functional teams, and lead client calls to review KPIs, progress, and ROI, while educating clients on best practices in SEO, PPC, and email marketing.

Formación

• 1-3 years experience in a digital marketing role; agency preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of client-facing experience.
• Minimum 1 year of project management experience.
• Knowledge of best practices for SEO/AEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Experience with our tech stack: Google Analytics, Data Studio Reports, WordPress and/or HubSpot.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary strategic lead for a portfolio of industrial clients to cultivate strong and trusted partnerships with each of them.
• Plan, collect, and document client goals and deliverable feedback for use by cross-functional teams (coordinators, design, development, and SEM).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, ensure alignment with client expectations, and deliver on ROI.
• Lead biweekly or monthly client calls to review program KPIs, deliverable updates, and program progress.
• Consult with and educate clients on the digital marketing best practices that guide the strategic direction for their program.
• Leverage data analytics to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns continually.
• Collaborate with Sales to offer a holistic service that can lead to increased revenue.
• Develop, present, and implement holistic growth marketing strategies that align with the clients’ goals, covering aspects like user acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
