Responsabilidades

• Assist Property Manager with quarterly reports and budgets.
• Manage accounts payable and rent collections; support annual budgeting process.
• Maintain tenant relations and respond to inquiries regarding statements and reconciliations.
• Coordinate vendor setup, COIs, and insurance tracking.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and capital projects as needed.
• Prepare and process vendor agreements and incident reports.
