Job summary

Jobot is seeking an on-site Project Scheduler with 1–3 years' GC experience to own project scheduling across a portfolio of construction assignments. You will work with autonomy to evaluate progress, review project documentation, and keep schedules current and accurate.

You will travel to job sites and client locations, supporting budget and timeline management while interacting with various stakeholders. This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic construction advisory team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years experience on a GC construction site in a role such as Assistant PM, Project Engineer, Field Engineer or Superintendent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar software.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; strong interpersonal skills across stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel 25–35% to job sites and client locations.
• EIT, PE, PMP, or PSP credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule development and manage updates across planning and construction lifecycle.
• Investigate project schedules, cost records, and documentation for forensic/delay analysis.
• Visit construction sites regularly to assess progress against plan.
• Organize large volumes of project records and data.
• Analyze root causes and duration of schedule delays to support claims resolution.
• Track productivity trends and cost escalation tied to schedule slippage.
• Communicate impacts of changes/delays clearly to stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and cost drivers across all construction phases for clients.
• Compile findings into clear, well-organized reports.
• Keep project files deliverables organized and current.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients regularly.
