Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Junior Scheduler for a remote role in Brookfield, WI, with a strong emphasis on project scheduling across a portfolio of construction assignments. You’ll evaluate progress, review documentation, and keep schedules current with autonomy.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field, 1–3 years GC site experience, proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, and willingness to travel 25–35%. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
• 1–3 years experience on construction sites as an Assistant PM/Project Engineer/Field Engineer or Superintendent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar program.

Responsibilities

• Lead schedule development and manage updates throughout planning and construction lifecycle.
• Investigate project schedules, cost records, and supporting documentation for delay analysis.
• Visit construction sites regularly to assess progress against plan.
• Organize large volumes of project records and data.
• Analyze root causes of schedule delays to support resolution of claims.
• Track productivity trends and cost escalation tied to schedule slippage.
• Communicate schedule impacts clearly to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
• Compile findings into clear technical reports.
• Keep project files organized and current.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
