Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree with active California bar status.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience advising on higher education regulatory compliance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts and licenses.
• Advise on FERPA, Title IX, and other higher education regulations; provide training on legal risk.
• Counsel on employment, governance, and international program matters; manage outside counsel.
