Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Two to four years of experience in student enrollment, nontraditional college admissions, and/or sales.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends.
• Ability to travel periodically, as required.
• Experience working in enrollment management or higher education admissions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and guidance on programs, admissions requirements, and registration to prospective students.
• Counsel applicants through the admissions process to complete their file.
• Assist with course registration and initial scheduling of courses for new students.
• Conduct outreach to leads and applicants to meet enrollment goals.
• Coordinate and perform outreach campaigns and assist with data reporting for enrollment management.
