Job summary

Parallon is seeking an Assistant Director of Provider Enrollment to partner with the Director in leading revenue cycle operations and shaping department strategy. You will drive productivity, establish quality standards, and coach managers in a professional and compassionate manner.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, financial analysis, and ongoing process improvements within a retail-like, patient-centered healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. Degree requirement may be substituted by current enrollment in a Bachelor Degree program or equivalent work experience with PSC Executive approval
• Minimum three years’ experience in related area with two of these years being healthcare management experience. Relevant education may substitute experience requirement with PSC Executive approval.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with other assistant directors and management teams
• Assists with performing analysis including preparation, escalation, financial impact assessment and potential resolution
• Assists with monitoring and analyzing all reports for the operational success of the PSC
• Engages in external and internal customer service relationship building
• Conducts self in a professional, ethical and compassionate manner with all individuals and coworkers
• Determines trends in operational performance and identifies process improvement opportunities
• Monitors trends and shifts in market or operating conditions, escalating to leadership teams as appropriate
• Maintains a working knowledge of Revenue Cycle, workflow, systems and tools used in the department
• Assists in Internal and External Audit by researching account activity

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

Three years healthcare management experience
