Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners in the United States is seeking a Partnership Success Director who will oversee day-to-day client operations and lead the planning, development, and implementation of revenue cycle initiatives for acute or physician groups.

You will build relationships with clients, influence on-site teams, report performance to CFO and leaders, monitor bad debt, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with payer policies and regulatory updates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day client operations and lead the planning, development, and implementation of revenue cycle initiatives for acute or physician groups.
• Build relationships with clients, influence on-site teams, and align operations with client leadership to drive results.
• Communicate organizational values and provide leadership to associates while ensuring performance expectations are met.
• Articulate plans with deliverables, timelines, outcomes, and actions, and monitor financial metrics such as bad debt.
• Identify gaps in client support or performance and propose solutions to drive improvement; facilitate monthly client meetings.
