Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive financial aid leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Knowledge of Title IV regulations and federal financial aid compliance.
• Experience with audits and regulatory reviews.
• Experience with financial aid models and systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for back-end financial aid across Gurnick Academy.
• Ensure regulatory adherence and accuracy in student eligibility determinations.
• Oversee packaging, estimates, and tuition calculations.
• Collaborate with Campus-Based and Corporate Financial Aid, Admissions, Finance and Compliance.
