The role develops, coordinates, implements, and evaluates career services and programs, fostering strong partnerships with faculty, staff, and employers.

The position supports graduate career education, offers a hybrid work arrangement (up to 2 remote days/week in the United States), and contributes to resources and events

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience providing career counseling across a broad range of student populations (undergrad, graduate, alumni).
• Experience designing and delivering career-related workshops and programs.
• Advanced knowledge of UC programs, career services, employer needs, and recruitment trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling for graduate students, postdocs, and alumni.
• Develop, coordinate, implement, and evaluate career services and programs.
• Create and update specialized content for Berkeley Career Engagement website; develop marketing materials.
• Present tailored information at events and communicate with campus partners and employers.
• Pursue professional development to enhance counseling skills and stay current with trends.
