Qualifications

• Experience providing career counseling across diverse groups and career stages.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging career-related workshops and programs.
• Advanced knowledge of UC Berkeley career services, recruitment and graduate school processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide career counseling for graduate students, postdocs, and alumni, including complex cases.
• Develop and oversee delivery of career-focused programs and events with campus partners.
• Perform administrative tasks and utilize career software to improve services.
• Build partnerships with academic units and employers for career opportunities and programs.
