CDL Nuclear Technologies is seeking an Assistant Corporate Counsel to support our national organization. You will work with Corporate Counsel, executives, operations, compliance, finance, HR, and commercial teams to provide legal guidance across a broad range of business matters.

The role emphasizes commercial contracting, healthcare regulatory matters, corporate compliance, risk management, licensure, and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of corporate, commercial, healthcare, or transactional legal experience preferred.
• Ability to draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with attention to risk and compliance.
• Strong research, analytical, drafting, and negotiation abilities; able to translate legal concepts into practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including master service, customer and vendor, equipment lease, radiopharmaceutical, software, consulting, and NDAs.
• Provide healthcare regulatory and compliance support including privacy, licensing, and state requirements.
• Support corporate governance, entity documentation, and internal contracting procedures.
• Identify legal risks in commercial transactions and provide practical, business-focused guidance.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal departments to manage filings, templates, and playbooks.
