CDL Nuclear Technologies LLC is seeking an Assistant Corporate Counsel to support our national organization from Cranberry Township, PA. You will partner with Corporate Counsel and cross-functional teams on commercial, regulatory, and operational matters, translating complex legal concepts into practical guidance.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is required.
• Active license to practice law; Pennsylvania licensure preferred.
• Minimum of five years of corporate, commercial, healthcare, or transactional legal experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• HIPAA, healthcare compliance, fraud and abuse familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including MSAs, customer and vendor contracts, equipment leases and software licenses.
• Support negotiations with customers, vendors, healthcare partners, technology providers, consultants, and third parties.
• Monitor contract terms for legal, financial, operational, compliance, and risk considerations.
• Maintain contract templates, standard language, playbooks, and internal contracting procedures.
• Provide regulatory and risk guidance across corporate governance, compliance, and operations.
