Job summary

CDL Nuclear Technologies is seeking an Assistant Corporate Counsel to support our growing national organization. You will work closely with Corporate Counsel, executive leadership, operations, compliance, finance, and commercial teams while providing legal guidance across a broad range of business matters.

We value strong drafting and negotiation skills, sound legal judgment, and the ability to translate complex issues into practical, business-focused guidance.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent law degree required.
• Active bar admission required.
• 5+ years in corporate, commercial, healthcare, or transactional law preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements, including master service, customer/vendor, and NDA.
• Provide healthcare regulatory and compliance support across HIPAA, licensing, and state requirements.
• Translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance for leadership and business teams.
• Support corporate governance, filings, and contract templates; maintain organized records.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Operations, HR, and outside counsel as needed.
