Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide enterprise commercial contracting and regulatory support. The role includes leases, service agreements, SaaS contracts, NDAs, and risk assessment, with travel to BAYADA offices as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from an ABA-accredited school, NJ bar eligibility for in-house practice, and 4+ years in commercial contracting, healthcare or tech exposure, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law school in good standing, with NJ in-house eligibility.
• Minimum four years in commercial leases and corporate contracting, including SaaS.
• Experience with healthcare or tech sectors is a plus and a track record of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and drive execution of commercial leases and service contracts.
• Support procurement with vendor agreements, CLM processes, and policy playbooks.
• Advise on regulatory matters including HIPAA, Stark, Anti-Kickback, and state equivalents.
• Provide actionable guidance to senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
