Neon One, a nonprofit software leader, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure financial integrity, and drive process improvements across our systems.

You will manage month-end closes, coordinate audits, and lead staff accountants, using NetSuite and Excel to deliver accurate statements and actionable insights in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience with NetSuite and Excel.
• Ability to support audits and year-end processes.

Responsabilidades

• Review revenue monthly for accuracy and discrepancies.
• Manage month-end close and prepare financial statements.
• Oversee staff accountant including journal entries and AP.
• Coordinate with external auditors and annual audit.
• Assist with tax compliance and 1099 filings.
