Job summary

Attivo Partners is seeking an Assistant Controller to oversee end-to-end accounting for multiple clients, delivering high-quality financial statements, analyses, models, and forecasts. You will manage month-end close, AR/AP, payroll, and tax compliance while partnering with clients and the Practice Leader to scale accounting operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA strongly preferred.
• 7+ years progressive accounting experience with leadership at senior levels.
• Experience guiding and mentoring high-performing accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage general accounting functions including month-end close, consolidations, journal entries.
• Prepare monthly consolidated client financials with fluctuation analysis.
• Oversee cash management, AR/AP, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Lead annual US GAAP audits and mentor staff across clients.
• Build financial models to help clients manage cash and operations.
• Develop KPI dashboards and participate in policy development.
