Precision AQ - Market Access Marketing is seeking an Account Executive to manage client projects and lead communications with internal teams. This remote US role emphasizes driving on-time delivery and adherence to budgets while supporting the development of strategic promotional materials for payers and providers.

Qualified candidates will have at least one year of experience in advertising/marketing, proficiency with MS Office, and flexibility for up to 5% travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related subject.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Experience with writing SOWs and project briefs; ability to contribute to strategic documents.

Responsibilities

Acts as lead client contact on assigned projects and manages client expectations.
Oversees delivery of client projects, coordinates timelines and milestones.
Supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for client work.
Prepares status updates and reports for internal and external meetings.
