Brilliant is seeking a full-time Assistant Account Executive to join our fully remote performance team. You will support public relations strategies, manage client communication, media relations, and project coordination while embracing AI tools to work smarter.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of agency experience in consumer products PR, excellent writing skills, and a proactive mindset. We offer unlimited PTO, great culture, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of PR agency experience in consumer goods.
• Experience managing timelines across multiple accounts.
• Comfort using AI tools daily, with examples.
• Willingness to try new technologies and adopt new tools quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Media relations: build and maintain media and influencer databases; draft pitches, press releases, and media alerts; monitor coverage.
• Project management: coordinate timelines and deliverables; track progress and communicate status; use Monday or Asana for transparency.
• Technology & AI: use AI tools to support research, drafting, monitoring, and reporting; test new platforms and share results.
• Events / Activations: assist with research, planning and execution of media and influencer events.
