Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of collections experience, preferably commercial.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient PC skills, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage delinquency levels through outbound calls and letters.
• Assist customers with account reconciliations using payment histories.
• Access and analyze credit information from reports.
• Communicate with customers and partners to resolve delinquency issues.
• Recommend resolutions including payment arrangements and possible modifications.
