Tenax Aerospace in Ridgeland, MS, seeks an experienced ASM Maintenance Controller to supervise and support maintenance for the ASM, ATGS, and NIROPS programs serving U.S. Forest Service.

The role coordinates aircraft status, maintenance progress, return-to-service documentation, vendor support, and AOG response for Tenax-owned aircraft. The ideal candidate is a King Air subject matter expert who can coordinate with pilots, maintenance providers, vendors, customers, and Tenax leadership while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current FAA A&P mechanic certificate.
• At least five years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations (14 CFR Parts 23, 39, 43, 91, 135, 145).
• Familiarity with FAA Forms 337 and 8110-3 and DER substantiation documentation.
• Proficiency with CAMP, Flightdocs, and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate maintenance activity and monitor aircraft status.
• Track repairs with Program Manager and maintenance personnel to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with MROs for scheduling, parts procurement, and return-to-service.
• Review maintenance documentation for accuracy and FAA compliance.
• Provide guidance on proper maintenance documentation.
• Maintain maintenance status reports for turnover to leadership.
• Support AOG call center and act as main contact with pilots and vendors.
• Review delays and AOG events to identify corrective improvements.
