Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam in Missouri is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Controller to coordinate daily Part 135 maintenance operations, ensuring aircraft safety and regulatory compliance. The role handles out-of-service events, communications with field personnel, and timely RTS.

A&P license and five years of maintenance experience are required. The position emphasizes documenting maintenance in RAMCO and coordinating parts, tooling, and technical data to return aircraft to service efficiently.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid A&P license.
• Valid State Driver’s License.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with EMS and aircraft maintenance systems and records.
• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Part 135 maintenance operations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Manage maintenance-related out-of-service events and responses.
• Facilitate communication between field personnel and maintenance teams.
• Ensure AMLs and RAMCO records are updated and accurate.
• Create OOS maintenance pages and track updates.
• Direct calls to mechanics for unscheduled maintenance and RTS processes.
