Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC (CLFC Healthcare & Communications) is assembling a nationwide Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) pool of pre-certified ASL interpreters to support ACCES-VR services. This is a fully remote role; interpreters provide ASL interpreting over a secure video platform from anywhere in the United States with a reliable connection.

Compensation ranges from $35 to $40 per hour as a 1099 independent contractor, with a one-hour minimum per assignment and consistent flow of assignments

Qualifications

• Pre-certified or emerging ASL interpreters may begin paid assignments while pursuing national certification.
• Fluency in American Sign Language and spoken English.
• Private, professional remote setup: reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and quiet space.

Responsibilities

• Provide ASL interpreting for ACCES-VR consumers and staff through secure VRI.
• Interpret vocational rehabilitation, career, and continuing-education interactions accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Coordinate and confirm assignments through CLFC's scheduling platform.
