Job summary

CLF Consultants LLC (DBA: CLFC Healthcare and Communications) is building its nationwide Video Remote Interpreting pool to support sign language interpreter services for ACCES-VR. This is a fully remote role with interpreters providing ASL via a secure video platform and may work from anywhere in the United States with a reliable connection.

Compensation: $35 per hour as a 1099 contractor, with a one-hour minimum per video assignment and steady assignment flow across the program.

Qualifications

• Pre-certified or emerging ASL interpreting skills (training program graduate or RID-exam passer).
• Fluency in ASL and spoken English.
• Private, professional remote setup with reliable internet, webcam and quiet space.

Responsibilities

• Provide ASL interpreting for ACCES-VR consumers and staff through secure VRI.
• Interpret vocational rehabilitation, career, and continuing-education interactions accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Coordinate and confirm assignments through CLFC's scheduling platform.
