Job summary

Cayuse Language Connect, LLC is seeking an American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter to provide high-quality ASL interpretation across education, medical, legal, and community settings. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of professional ASL interpreting experience in education, medical, community, or legal.
• Bachelor’s Degree in ASL, Linguistics, Deaf Studies, or related field preferred.
• RID BEI CDI certifications or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate ASL-to-English and English-to-ASL interpretation for one-on-one, group, and virtual or in-person settings.
• Facilitate communication in education, healthcare, legal, and community services.
• Utilize VRI and other technologies for remote interpretation when required.
• Maintain confidentiality per RID Code of Professional Conduct.
• Collaborate with Deaf individuals, colleagues, and staff to deliver seamless communication.
• Travel to support on-site assignments when needed.
