Job summary

ContactLink Solutions LLC is seeking a US-based ASL Interpreter to provide sign language interpretation across diverse settings. The role is fully remote for a contractor, with immediate availability after onboarding.

The candidate should be fluent in English and ASL, have RID-CDI certification, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills. 1+ year interpretation experience is preferred, with compliance to NAD-RID codes and professional conduct expected.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and ASL; 1 year interpretation experience preferred
• RID – CDI certification required
• Understanding of deaf culture and current pedagogical trends
• Proficient computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, email, scheduling, internet
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Render correct concepts and meanings per interpretation protocol

Responsibilities

• Interpret between ASL and spoken English effectively
• Maintain compliance with licensure/certification requirements
• Adhere to NAD-RID Code of Professional Conduct
• Complete tasks and paperwork promptly
• Learn and implement new technologies quickly
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
• Take on additional duties as assigned
