Job summary

Pacer Group seeks an AS/400 Technical Lead to join the Engineering and Delivery team. The incumbent will solve critical legacy system scaling challenges by leading end-to-end development, ensuring robust technical design, and driving seamless deployment of mission-critical applications for the client, in a remote/hybrid setup.

The role reports to the Technical Delivery Manager and focuses on leading design reviews, estimations, and deployment plans in AS/400, SYNON, RPGLE, and RxClaim

Responsibilities

• Engineer code | Review and approval of development deliverables
• Create Technical Design | Preparation, review, and approval of architectural blueprints
• Provide Estimation | Preparation, review, and approval of project timelines and resource allocations
• Conduct Analysis | Clarify requirements with Business Analyst and CVS Technical Lead
• Support Post Implementation | Warranty period administration and deployment plan execution
