Job summary

Tinuiti is seeking a senior design leader for commerce creative across major platforms. You will shape creative direction, mentor teams, and drive client engagements with a data-driven approach to performance and search optimization.

You are an expert in the Commerce Creative ecosystem with a proven track record of elevating platform capabilities and delivering strategic narratives for Fortune 500 clients. This is a fully remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience with e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon and at least one other major platform.
• Recognized expert in the Commerce Creative ecosystem with A+ / Premium A+ and related formats.
• Track record of reframing platform capabilities, not just following specs.
• Ability to lead senior client conversations and defend creative thinking at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic creative direction across Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Chewy, and evolving platforms.
• Lead high-stakes commerce design work from A+ Content and Brand Stores to DPIs and video.
• Know commerce creative systems well and push past defaults when justified.
• Translate performance data into sharper creative decisions and defend ideas with conviction.
• Design with awareness of SEO and discovery factors for e-commerce and indexing strategies.
• Articulate design rationale through shopper, platform, brand, and business lenses.
• Consult with retail operations, performance, and strategy teams as the senior creative voice on commerce.
• Lead new business pitches and client engagements, shaping the narrative and helping close commerce work.
• Mentor design and studio team members to raise craft and judgment.
• Develop frameworks, POVs, and thought leadership to position Tinuiti as a commerce creative authority.
• Stay ahead of platform changes and turn new features into client opportunities.
• Present at highest levels with confidence and a clear point of view.
