Job summary

Tinuiti in the United States is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead day‑to‑day creative strategy for clients, translating goals into messaging, testing plans, and creative recommendations, partnering with strategy, media, analytics, and client teams.

You will bring 3–5+ years in creative strategy, familiarity with paid social, video, display, AI tools to improve workflow, and a strong ability to present strategic rationale and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, brand strategy, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong experience translating business and marketing goals into messaging, testing, and creative strategy recommendations.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting campaign reports, platform data, testing results, and research findings to inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day creative strategy for assigned clients or campaign scopes, shaping messaging direction and testing priorities.
• Translate business goals into communication and creative objectives that support brand and performance outcomes.
• Build strong working relationships with internal partners and client stakeholders to guide strategic direction of creative work.
• Present strategic rationale, testing plans, and creative insights to help clients and teams make stronger decisions.
• Synthesize data from platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube into clear strategic learnings.
