Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful technical experience supporting sales of technical products.
• 2–3 years deploying network technologies (LAN/WAN, wireless, VoIP, security).
• US citizenship and ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• At least one Cisco CCNP; Aruba/JNCIP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Technical Champion for PacStar products and solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
• Analyze requirements and produce engineering designs, SOWs, BOMs, and proposals.
• Provide technical input into sales proposals and identify required contractors.
• Support the sales, account management, and delivery teams.
• Interface with customers, resellers, and staff to determine best solutions.
• Configure, install and support PacStar networks and partner products.
• Obtain and maintain relevant technical certifications.
