Job summary

Virtualitics is seeking a highly motivated Federal Account Executive to drive growth within the Department of War and U.S. Army.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract close, and build strategic plans to win complex AI software solutions. You will collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver compelling demonstrations and proposals while navigating DoD procurement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a quota-carrying Federal Account Executive role, with DoW/U.S. Army experience preferred.
• Experience selling enterprise software/AI solutions.
• Strong ability to plan, map stakeholders, and navigate procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle federal sales from prospecting to closing, managing the sales pipeline and KPIs.
• Develop account strategies to penetrate Army commands and agencies.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and end-users across the Army.
• Use a solutions-based approach to address readiness needs in aviation, ground vehicles, and supply chains.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to produce compelling proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
• Stay informed on DoD trends, procurement processes, and competitive landscape.
