Insurance Claim HQ in Arizona is seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney to join our growing plaintiff property litigation practice. The attorney will handle a caseload from inception to resolution and communicate strategy with clients.

The role requires at least one year of civil litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage cases independently in a fast-paced environment. Remote work opportunity available for Arizona-based attorneys.

Formación

• Active Arizona law license in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-service abilities.
• Self-motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced plaintiff litigation environment.
• Experience in property insurance litigation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side property insurance litigation from inception through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding strategy, case developments, and settlement opportunities.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys while maintaining ownership of your cases.
• Litigate matters in Illinois state and federal courts.
