Insurance Claim HQ is actively seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney to join our growing plaintiff property litigation practice. The role offers hands-on responsibility, meaningful client interaction, and opportunities to advance within a nationally expanding firm.

The attorney will manage plaintiff-side property insurance cases from inception to resolution, communicate strategy to clients, draft pleadings, take depositions, and participate in hearings and mediations, with a remote work option

Qualifications

• Active Arizona law license in good standing.
• At least one year of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and client-service abilities.
• Self-motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced plaintiff litigation environment.
• Experience in property insurance litigation is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of plaintiff-side property insurance litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding strategy, case developments, and settlement opportunities.
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal briefs.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Work closely with experienced attorneys while maintaining ownership of your cases.
• Litigate matters in Illinois state and federal courts.
