Job summary

WIRTGEN AMERICA is seeking an Area Parts Sales Manager - Remote (Residency in NC, VA, WV or MD required). The role focuses on driving aftermarket parts sales growth for Wirtgen Group brands in the assigned AOR, with emphasis on wear parts and high-value components.

Strong dealer relationships and strategic market plans are essential. The position requires an associate degree plus 5+ years in aftersales or heavy equipment, plus excellent analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (minimum) in Business, Marketing, Technical Studies or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in aftersales, aftermarket operations and related heavy equipment fields
• Strong understanding of wear parts and heavy equipment applications

Responsibilities

• Market Research & Competitive Analysis within the Area of Responsibility (AOR) to shape offerings.
• Territory Sales Management with an annual business plan and travel to dealers/customers.
• Coordinate with Parts Lifecycle and Support teams on offerings and programs.
• Engage dealers and customers with training, demos, and joint visits to grow aftermarket sales.
• Develop forecasts, track opportunities, and report AOR performance and trends.
