• Own the Business Assurance strategy, performance, and growth across the U.S. and Canada.
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, and P&L management to meet financial objectives.
• Drive operational excellence, workforce planning, and organizational capability growth.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews for senior leadership.
