Job summary

DNV Business Assurance North America is seeking an Area Manager, North America to contribute, drive and support the implementation of the Business Assurance Strategy as approved by the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

The Area Manager has overall responsibility for the Business Assurance business across Canada and the United States, with full accountability for achieving all financial, operational, and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own the Business Assurance strategy, performance, and growth across the U.S. and Canada.
• Lead full P&L ownership and financial planning for the region.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent development, and budget management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for senior leadership.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and align regional with global processes.
