Job summary

DNV is seeking an Area Manager, North America, to lead the Business Assurance strategy and growth across the United States and Canada. You will own the P&L, drive profitability, oversee sales and operations, and report performance to executive leadership.

You will build the regional team, manage budgets, and forge partnerships while traveling up to 30% domestically and internationally to drive market expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of leadership experience in TIC or related sector.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and lead large, dispersed teams.
• Strong travel readiness (up to 30%).
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Business Assurance strategy and growth across US and Canada.
• Lead P&L, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Drive market expansion, partnerships and operational excellence.
• Provide monthly/quarterly performance reviews to senior leadership.
• Build and strengthen the Business Assurance brand in NA.
