Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Area Leader for a remote role with travel to Florida salons. You will recruit, onboard, and coach Salon Leaders, ensuring training compliance and execution of guest service standards across the region.

The role emphasizes leadership, financial results, and building bench strength for future leaders, with travel 3–5 days per week depending on needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit operational management experience preferred.
• Proven record of successful sales growth and meeting sales goals.
• Strong leadership and business skills.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with cultural accountability.
• Experience overseeing 100+ associates.
• Ability to travel across the region regularly.
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and events.

Responsibilities

• Focus on recruiting to ensure salons are fully staffed.
• Onboard new Talent into Hair Cuttery culture.
• Ensure Associates comply with mandatory training and policies.
• Coach Salon Leaders to improve leadership and business skills.
• Deliver regular feedback and performance evaluations.
• Monitor that coaching is performed monthly at salons.
• Create bench strength for future leaders.
• Lead leadership meetings to support SSC goals.
• Grow client counts, service sales, and retail sales.
• Follow guest journey procedures and guidelines.
• Ensure salons operate with proper hours and promotions.
• Oversee Grand Opening process of assigned salons.
• Engage with community events and Beauty School strategies.
• Manage district expenses and loss prevention; oversee inventory.
