Job summary

Hair Cuttery in Florida is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a busy salon with a focus on growth, profitability and culture. You’ll mentor stylists, set standards, and drive the guest journey from check-in to checkout.

You’ll balance hands-on service with business duties, using payroll, scheduling data, and the Stylist App to optimize performance, while ensuring a safe, high-energy environment that reflects our brand. This role reports to a District Leader and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the state you are applying for.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 12 months in a leadership role preferred.
• 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day) standard.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions.
• Comfort working in a salon with hair chemicals and scents.
• Basic math skills for cash/inventory and training attendance.
