Job summary

Worley seeks an Electrical/Instrumentation QA/QC professional for a remote/arctic rotation on a one-year project starting October/November 2026. The role requires reviewing drawings, performing Fab Shop inspections, and ensuring compliance with NEC and NFPA70E standards on a high-hour schedule with meals and lodging provided on site.

Candidates must hold an Alaska Journeyman Certificate of Fitness, have at least four years in electrical quality control, and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Alaska Journeyman Certificate of Fitness required before starting.
• Minimum of four years of electrical and quality control inspection experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be covered by Worley's auto insurer.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Preferred: Alaska Electrical Administrators license; BA/BS in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with project, corporate and customer QA/QC requirements.
• Review engineering drawings and track quality progress based on scope of work documents.
• Update Quality Control files and perform Fab Shop inspections.
• Assist in review of installation procedures.
• Notify supervisors of discrepancies between work and client quality requirements.
• Compile incomplete work list and coordinate with craft supervision to close items out.
• Perform special process inspections and surveillance of equipment/materials.
• Attend training sessions and required educational classes.
