Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; bachelor preferred with 5+ years experience.
Ability to understand security systems integrations and electronics.
Strong multi-project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM.
Willing to travel up to 25%.
Architectural/door hardware/access control experience preferred.
Resident within Greater Milwaukee area or Wisconsin/Northern Illinois market.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Division 8 door hardware with Division 28 access control and ensure code compliance.
Develop relationships with design professionals to grow Allegion's brands and architectural services.
Identify target accounts and manage objectives for growth.
Lead architectural education events (AIA Lunch and Learns).
Procure specification opportunities from targeted architectural accounts and define scope of work.
Manage each specification project through its lifecycle.
Track new project opportunities using CRM and lead databases.
Collaborate with sales team on projects and reviews.
Mentor peers to support team growth.
Maintain market data and competitor knowledge.
