Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience estimating architectural cladding, façade systems, or building envelope projects.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction preferred.
• Experience with ACM, IMP, and metal panels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for architectural cladding and façade systems.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct site evaluations and participate in bid meetings.
