Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience estimating architectural cladding or building envelope projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial façade systems and related codes.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for cladding and façade systems.
• Conduct site evaluations and participate in meetings.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and fabricators.
