Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience estimating architectural cladding and façade systems.
• 5+ years in commercial construction preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial façade systems and market-specific codes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for architectural cladding and façade systems.
• Conduct site evaluations and risk analysis.
• Maintain current market pricing and negotiate with suppliers.
