Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience estimating architectural cladding or building envelope projects.
• Preferred 5+ years in commercial construction, especially in façade assemblies.
• Experience with ACM, IMP, metal panels, and rain screen assemblies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates for architectural cladding and façade systems.
• Develop cost breakdowns covering labor, materials, and job costs.
• Review specifications and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Conduct site evaluations and participate in client meetings.

Skills

Valid driver’s license

Strong knowledge of OSHA safety requirements

Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

Ability to read and interpret architectural plans

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Education

3+ years of experience estimating architectural cladding or façade systems

OSHA 10 certification
