Job summary

RWS is seeking Arabic (Morocco) voice contributors for a remote, short-term freelance project. You will read prompts, record at home, and deliver natural speech in your native dialect to help train AI voice systems. We value clear pronunciation, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

The contract runs about one month with flexible, task-based hours (roughly 4-6 hours daily). Start date is immediate; payments are issued promptly at a rate of $6 per hour for remote work

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Arabic (Morocco).
• Advanced English to understand written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.
• Experience with speech recording projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read provided text prompts aloud and record exactly as written.
• Produce clear, natural, high-quality speech recordings.
• Speak using your natural dialect and accent.
• Re-record submissions if requested to meet quality standards.
• Complete tasks using our internal recording platform.
