Job summary

RWS – TrainAI seeks freelance AI voice contributors specializing in Arabic (Jordan) to record high-quality speech for AI models. You will work remotely, reading prompts aloud and ensuring natural pronunciation, with about 4–6 hours of tasks per day over roughly one month.

Start date is immediate, and a trial recording may be required. This remote, flexible engagement offers payments at 6 USD/hour and access to future language projects.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Arabic (Jordan).
• Advanced level of English to understand written instructions.
• Experience with speech recording projects is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read provided text cards aloud and record them exactly as written (approximately 640 cards per person).
• Produce clear, natural, and high-quality speech recordings following guidelines and instructions.
• Speak using your natural dialect and accent.
• Ensure no words are added, omitted, or altered.
• Re-record submissions if requested to meet quality standards.
• Complete tasks using our internal recording platform.
