Alignerr seeks Arabic language experts to evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Arabic content. You will review AI-generated Arabic, assess accuracy, tone, and cultural appropriateness, and provide structured feedback to guide model improvements.

Work remotely on an hourly contract for 10–40 hours per week. Native fluency in Arabic and strong English communication are essential; familiarity with regional variants is a bonus, enabling impact across diverse Arabic-speaking communities.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic with strong English communication skills.
• Deep understanding of Arabic cultural norms, tone, and linguistic register.
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured feedback guidelines.
• Self-motivated and reliable — no prior AI experience required.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated Arabic content for accuracy, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, and register mismatches.
• Suggest improvements to ensure natural, idiomatic Arabic usage.
• Provide structured, high-quality feedback on linguistic and cultural quality.
• Flag localization issues and recommend culturally fitting alternatives.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
