Job summary

US Foods is seeking an AR team lead to partner with AR management, train associates, and ensure GAAP-compliant accounts receivable processing across multiple systems.

You will monitor workflow, coach staff, perform complex account analysis, support escalations, and contribute to daily goals while maintaining strong customer service and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in a high-volume AR processing environment or a combination of degree + two years experience.
• 1 year experience training and guiding associates or prior AR or business management experience.
• Must have advanced skills with Windows and Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Access.

Responsibilities

• Monitors workflow and ensures team members record payments to customers’ accounts accurately and according to SLA timelines.
• Provides coaching, guidance and training support for advanced concepts, procedures and complex customer payment issues.
• Provides escalation support to team members and advanced knowledge for inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Performs complex research, corrections and account analysis using information from multiple systems and banking institutions.
• Assists management in monitoring the internal control environment and resolving outstanding issues.
• Provides supplemental support to achieve daily goals due to absence or workload or system cut-off timetables.
